Pies

All pies are 10 inches.  Our pies change seasonally, so check back

Coconut Cream Pie-  This pie is completely paleo! Don't know what that is? It is gluten-free, sugar-free, grain-free but is still fantastic even if you don't want all the "free's" involved. Loaded with natural coconut & ingredients (nothing hydrogenated here!), this pie is light as a feather and will have you asking for more.

Key Lime Pie- Only fresh limes, never from a bottle.

Orange Pie- Never heard of it? We're not surprised because we invented this recipe! Years of hard work and taste tests have resulted in this one-of-a-kind pie. Chunks of oranges surround a homemade orange curd. Topped with a meringue or whipped cream, this pie is not to miss.

Apple Pie- This pie is unique because we use seasonally available apples. We learned this recipe after visiting an Amish community in Pennsylvania. You won't find another apple pie like this anywhere!

Chest Pie- A recipe heard while eavesdropping on a party line in the 1920s, this recipe was dictated by a woman approaching her 104th birthday. Now we bring you this North Carolina classic--creamy, buttery, and delicious.

Pumpkin Pie- Using only the best canned pumpkin, we make our amazing pumpkin pies available year round.

Cherry Pie-(seasonal)-When cherries are in season, this is our favorite pie. Fresh cherries are pitted, stemmed, and baked with minimal sugar to create a naturally sweet and tart pie.

Fresh Pumpkin Pie-(seasonal) We use locally grown pumpkins during October-November to make this pie. Baked in a homemade triple gingersnap crust, this pie is sure to bring the fall season to your table.

Pecan Pie-(seasonal)-This pie comes from an old family recipe created in the late 1800s. Instead of having a layer of pecans on the top, this pie is LOADED with pecans from top to crust. It easily weighs five pounds from all the nuts.
